Caroline had come across another client’s website I had designed and was instantly drawn to its bold, vibrant feel. She also really loved the look and energy of my own website—especially the use of yellow—so she was keen to capture that same lively, engaging vibe for Upledger UK. While I didn’t want to replicate my own site exactly, I used it as a starting point to create something uniquely tailored to Upledger’s brand and audience. Given the nature of what they do, each page needed to hold a substantial amount of content, so I had to get creative with the layout and structure to ensure the site remained visually engaging and didn’t end up feeling overwhelming or endless to scroll through. The result was a fresh, dynamic design that felt true to their ethos while delivering a polished, professional experience for their visitors.

I had so much fun! It was harder work for me too than i initially anticipated which is part of how I work – when things change as you go along then things need to be re-written or you need new pics or more work needs to be done to accommodate those changes…. but that is all part of it. Working with Yvette was so easy and making changes as we went along while on zoom was so amazing and helpful. She is amazingly patient, tolerant of figuring things out and found answers to anything she didn’t know.
