We always seem to get things done. Occasionally stuff goes wrong – usually updates or some hosting aggro (which isn’t her hosting in my case). She is so patient in pointing me in the right direction to solve problems when they crop up.
She is one of the best teachers I have ever come across and has never pointed out when she has actually told me something before. I think the best part of working with Yvette is her willingness to jump on a very short Zoom call to sort out some support-type issue. 2 minutes on a call with her will not only happen speedily, but it will be entirely to the point in dealing with the exact question I have. A real gem and a lovely sense of humour too.
