the Issue

I originally built Rachel’s old Divi website which had become a bit tired and she felt it was very ‘clunky’ so she reached out to me to see if I could help her build a new Kadence website – she had already purchased a theme from someone and wanted it implementing on her website.
the Solution
To ensure a smooth transition and zero downtime for her visitors, I moved her existing website to a private development environment. This allowed her current site to remain live and fully functional while I worked behind the scenes on the new build. I also made sure to retain all of her existing URL structures and page links to avoid any SEO disruptions or broken links once the new site went live.
The result was a fresh, modern Kadence-powered website that feels lighter, faster, and far more intuitive to navigate—exactly what Rachel was after.
I’ve worked with Yvette for over 4 years now. The first website she designed for me was more family photography focused but recently I’ve had a rebrand so Yvette redesigned my website to be more focused on wedding photography. Yvette is so easy to work with and is always at the end of the phone if I need help with any of my website updates or if something needs changing and I can’t quite do it myself. She’s also a lovely person so working with her is always an enjoyable experience. I’m often recommending her to friends and people on Instagram who are looking for website designers.
