Founded by designer and mum Chi, Dinky Mix creates joyful, culturally inspired products that celebrate heritage, identity, and belonging. From vibrant clothing to empowering prints and partyware, everything is designed to help children see themselves represented with pride. Rooted in Chi’s creative journey and passion for family, Dinky Mix is all about crafting meaningful moments with purpose and style.

the Solution
After chatting through Chi’s goals for Dinky Mix, I recommended building a WooCommerce website using the Divi theme, giving her the perfect balance of creative flexibility and easy day-to-day management.
Website Design:
The result is a fully custom-designed online shop that reflects the bold, joyful identity of Dinky Mix while being simple for Chi to update herself. Using Divi, I was able to create a highly visual, responsive layout that showcases her products beautifully across all devices. WooCommerce powers the shop functionality, with custom categories, stock control, and secure Stripe payments all built in.
Content Structure:
Behind the scenes, I gave Chi full control over her inventory. She can easily add and update products, manage stock levels, and process orders independently. I also set up flexible shipping options, customer account features, and integrated Stripe for secure payments.
To support growth, I built the site with scalability in mind – from seasonal promotions to product range expansions, everything can be updated in-house with ease. The end result is a professional, user-friendly online shop that showcases Dinky Mix’s joyful spirit while supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.
I cannot recommend Yvette at lemonade design co highly enough. She is a website design and development boss! Her creativity, knowledge and work ethic are first class. She took my initial ideas, made them a reality then stuck a big cherry on the top. Every step of the way Yvette makes suggestions that will improve any idea you had, while making sure she fulfills the brief given.
Doing a walk around video of my site to aid me when she handed over the reins, has been a lifesaver. There is so much to remember, and its all there for me at a click of a button.
